SHIPPING
We currently offer a single standard shipping method nationwide.
Delivery time for standard orders is approximately 24 to 48 business hours.
Standard shipping costs €4.95 for orders under €40.
Currently, we only ship within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. However, if you are abroad and are interested in our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to explore possible solutions for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The return period for any item is 14 calendar days from the day you receive the purchase. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

To exchange or return any product, tell us by email info@bybmoda.es if it is an exchange or return, the order number to which it refers and the item you want to exchange or return.
In case of exchange, please tell us the item you wish to exchange it for. We are responsible for the new shipment, and you are responsible for sending us what you want to exchange or return.
It is important to note that, for hygiene reasons, changes are not allowed to the products included in the underwear section.
You must be responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouse, as well as the cost of the initial shipping of the product, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. If what you need is a size change, you would only have to bear the return costs and we will take care of the new shipping costs (Except during sales times, Black Friday...).
The refund period for the amount is up to 10 business days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. In periods of high demand such as sales or Black Friday, the refund period will be up to 15 business days.

We recommend that you follow the care instructions found on the label of each garment. In general, washing clothes inside out in cold water and air drying is usually the best option to maintain their quality and durability.
